You may return new, unopened items (except for items sold under Equipment) sold and fulfilled by LVI Global within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

LVI Global does not accept returns of the following items:

• Equipment
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Gift certificates.
• Items purchased from sellers other than LVI Global

Partial Refunds are not issued by LVI Global.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at LVI Global. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
